Challenge

Freight companies managed their fleet, paperwork and settlements across several disconnected tools — Excel sheets, emails and third-party apps. There was no single source of truth, and manual data re-entry caused errors in CMR documents and delays in carrier settlements.

Solution

We built a comprehensive TMS system as a multi-tenant SaaS. Dedicated panels for dispatchers, drivers and end clients work on the same data in real time. An AI layer optimizes routes based on historical drive times and fuel costs, generates CMR documents via OCR of scans, and automates carrier settlements.
