AI ERP/CRM integrations

AI in your ERP and CRM, without replacing the system

This page is AI in the ERP and CRM you already run, not a new system from scratch. There is no fixed integration fee - the quote depends on the ERP, the API and whether AI writes back into the system. We classify data, complete records, generate reports and trigger workflows through APIs, webhooks or middleware. If you need a greenfield system, use custom CRM and ERP. A shop in front of the ERP is online shop with couriers and payments.

TL;DR: No fixed integration fee - quote depends on the ERP, the API and whether AI writes back. On the B2B case that meant a 3000+ SKU catalog with dealer prices.

Who it is for

AI in Comarch, Symfonia or the CRM you have

For companies with data in CRM, ERP, e-commerce or spreadsheets that want to use AI without rebuilding the whole infrastructure.

Scope

API integrations, synchronization layer, AI classification, reports, automatic entries, alerts and error control.

Outcomes

What changes in the source systems

A common scenario: AI reads an email or document, recognizes the intent, fetches CRM/ERP data and prepares an action for approval or execution.

01

Less manual CRM completion

02

Automatic reports from company data

03

Better search across documents and records

04

Workflow between ERP, CRM, e-commerce and email

Process

How we work

01

System inventory

We review APIs, exports, webhooks, data structure and security constraints.

02

Process model

We design what AI reads, decides and writes, and where human approval is required.

03

Secure integration

We add logs, limits, retries, roles and monitoring so automation remains predictable.

Search intent

An integration page for the systems you already run

This page is the technical layer beside a system you keep: read, classify, draft a row, maybe write after approval. It is not a new application and it is not a process-automation catalog. A full custom system of record lives on custom CRM and ERP.

Next step

A common scenario: AI reads an email or document, recognizes the intent, fetches CRM/ERP data and prepares an action for approval or execution.

We inventory the API, webhook or export from the Comarch, Symfonia or CRM you already run. Only then do we add classification, a draft record or a report. A new ERP is out of scope on this page.

AI beside Comarch, Symfonia or CRM

How we attach a model without replacing the system of record

The value is in the records you already trust. The model should shorten the path from a mail or a document to a field, not invent a second database.
01

Inventory first, write-back later

Modern stacks expose APIs and webhooks. Older ERPs often expose exports, files, queues or a database view. We price the job only after we know how a row can be read and how a row can be written. No API is not a stop - it is a reason to put an approval panel in the middle.

Default design: the model prepares the record, a person confirms, the ERP or CRM commits. Logs keep the input, the field and who clicked yes. Silent overwrite is a separate, narrower decision.

02

Where this pattern already exists in our work

The electrical B2B platform talks to ERP for dealer prices and wholesale orders on a 3000+ SKU catalog. CoreTSL keeps orders, invoices, fleet and CRM in one product - useful as a reference for what a connected operational record looks like, even though that build is a system, not a bolt-on.

CSRD reporting consolidates group data into one structure before any narrative layer runs. Same order: systems and fields first, language model second.

03

RAG and reports are still integration work

Answering from contracts or product files needs sources, freshness, permissions and a citation path. Dumping every PDF into one bucket is not a design. Manager summaries from ERP or CRM need the same join: what changed, which leads stalled, which tickets repeat.

If you need a new panel more than a connector, go to custom software. If you need a daily workflow that is not tied to one ERP, go to process automation. This URL stays on the wire between AI and the system you already pay for.

FAQ

Common questions about ai integrations with erp and crm - scope, deployment, data, cost and security.

01 Can AI integrate with an old ERP? +

Often yes. If there is no API, we use exports, databases, files, RPA or middleware.

02 Can AI write data to CRM? +

Yes, but approval mode is recommended for critical data. Automatic write is best for low-risk processes with clear rules.

03 Are AI integrations secure? +

We design them with logs, permissions, limited data scope and error monitoring.

Next step

Connect AI to the ERP or CRM you already run

Name the ERP or CRM that holds the data and the fields AI must not overwrite. We will return with a connection plan and a write-back risk note.
