An online shop with couriers, payments and ERP
The shop has to take the payment and hand the parcel to a courier. That is the job: a checkout a buyer will finish, a label or a locker, pickup if you run a salon. If you already have an ERP, we link the shop to that system so stock and invoices do not live in a second warehouse. A theme demo is not a shop.
There is no fixed shop fee. The quote depends on the catalogue, the courier and whether an ERP already owns stock.

Catalogue, a checkout people finish, the courier contract you already have, and an ERP link only if that system is already the source of truth. We do not invent a second warehouse.

Each line stays on its own case. We do not move one shop's courier or payment onto another.
RehaTop left closed Shoper for a custom shop. Couriers: GLS courier, GLS COD, InPost Paczkomat, pickup. Customer-facing payments: transfer, BLIK, card, PayU. The architecture write-up also lists P24, PayPal and COD. Subiekt is an API target, not shipped bookkeeping.
Sportswear importer (2023, NDA): WooCommerce + Elementor, with Przelewy24, BLIK and Stripe, plus InPost, DPD and DHL. No ERP on that job.
Malta Trading left WordPress/
B2B platform is wholesale orders and Comarch in realtime - not a retail courier shop. Our automotive e-commerce project (NDA) has a TecDoc live catalogue and a checkout path; ERP and a full cart stay on the road.

What you sell and who ships it
Products, prices, stock, the courier you already pay for, and whether an ERP already owns invoices. We do not guess a locker brand you never contracted.
A checkout a buyer will finish
We ship the payment and delivery path that belongs to that shop. RehaTop is not Malta. A later-phase promise is not checkout.
Split the rest of the stack
AI inside an ERP you already pay for is a separate integration - see AI integrations. A CRM or ERP from scratch is a separate build - see custom CRM and ERP. Here we stay on the shop.
What we build
The shop, not a new CRM
This is the online shop: catalogue, checkout, couriers, payments, and a link to the ERP only when you already have one. If you need an operations panel instead of checkout, that is web applications.
Send the catalogue, the courier you already pay for, and the ERP name only if you have one. We come back with a shop scope, not a theme list.
Checkout and labels first. An ERP name is attached only when that case actually has one.

What it costs
Cost depends on the catalogue, the courier, payments, feeds and whether the order has to land in an ERP that is already running. A shop with payments, couriers and an integration is 15-40k PLN, and a shop with ERP and a B2B module is 40-120k PLN.
Catalogue, variants, an account and a cart people can buy from. One payment and one courier you already ship with, plus feeds when they are in scope. Woo stays when it still sells.
The order goes into the ERP that already counts stock and invoices. On top of that, a price list per dealer and a wholesale path, not a retail cart alone. We do not build new bookkeeping in this scope.

WooCommerce when the catalogue and plugins still sell - we did that for a sportswear importer in 2023. Custom when a boxed shop gets in the way: RehaTop left Shoper; Malta Trading left Woo.

No. This is the shop plus a link when that ERP already exists. AI on the ERP you already run is AI integrations. A CRM or ERP from scratch is custom CRM and ERP. RehaTop prepared an API for Subiekt - that is not shipped bookkeeping. The live Comarch hook we can name is the B2B platform, not a retail locker shop.
No. The Woo importer and Malta Trading have no ERP in source. ACD still lists ERP and a full cart as a road. We do not add an ERP name to a case that does not have one.
