An AI chatbot widget that answers questions and collects leads

An AI chatbot widget on your site should answer questions, qualify leads, collect data and know when to hand off to a person. A single-process chatbot starts from PLN 5,000 net. We build it on your knowledge base, offer and CRM. Ticket queues and helpdesk priorities belong on the customer-service agents page, not here.

TL;DR: A single-process chatbot on your site starts from PLN 5,000 net.

Who it is for

A widget for questions and leads

For companies that receive repetitive questions, lose leads after hours or want to support customers faster without expanding the team.

Scope

Website chatbot, knowledge base, CRM integration, lead forms, escalations, conversation logs and answer quality dashboard.

Outcomes

What stays after the chatbot goes live

We first build a limited answer scope and test it on real questions. Then we expand the knowledge base and automation.

01

24/7 answers to repetitive questions

02

Lead qualification and CRM handoff

03

Human escalation for difficult cases

04

Report of the most common customer questions

Process

How we work

01

Answer scope

We define what the chatbot can answer, what it must not promise and when it should escalate.

02

Knowledge base

We connect website content, PDFs, policies, offer pages and FAQ in a controlled way.

03

Integration

We connect the chat to forms, CRM, email or ticketing systems.

Search intent

A website-widget page, not a helpdesk-agent page

This page is the site or messenger widget: FAQ, offer, lead brief, hand-off to a person. It does not own the helpdesk queue. Ticket classification and SLA order belong on AI customer service agents.

Next step

We first build a limited answer scope and test it on real questions. Then we expand the knowledge base and automation.

We freeze the answer scope from real questions on your site and offer pages, then attach those sources. Lead capture into CRM is a later switch. Ticket queues stay on the customer-service agents page.

A widget with a closed source list

What a company chatbot is allowed to say

Visitors judge a chatbot by whether it solves the question, stays inside the offer and knows when to stop. Fluency without sources is a liability.
01

Sources before the bubble

We start from the pages, PDFs, policies and FAQ you already publish. Contradictory or stale copy gets fixed in the source, not patched in a prompt. The widget retrieves from that set. It does not invent a second offer.

Topics outside the set - individual pricing, complaints, personal data, anything legal - collect context and pass to a human. That rule is written before the snippet goes on the site.

02

Leads without a wall

A useful bot can ask for industry, timing and the problem, then open a CRM row or an email brief. It should not block the answer behind a form. Informational visits stay informational. Sales-ready visits get a hand-off.

Polish and English are both in scope when the site already speaks both. Tone follows the brand pages, not a generic assistant voice.

03

Why this is not the helpdesk page

A widget does not sort a ticket backlog, does not set SLA, and does not merge duplicates. Those jobs sit on the customer-service agents page. Mailbox and order agents sit on the AI agents service page.

The closest MKM analogue on the public site is a controlled channel on top of existing content, the same way RehaTop and Ventido keep the catalog and the CMS as the source of truth and put a storefront in front. The chatbot reads the site. It does not replace it.

FAQ

Common questions about ai chatbot for companies - scope, deployment, data, cost and security.

01 Can an AI chatbot hallucinate? +

It can if designed badly. We limit the scope, use a knowledge base, logs, instructions and human escalation.

02 Can the chatbot collect leads? +

Yes. It can ask about needs, budget, timeline and industry, then send a qualified lead to CRM or email.

03 Can the chatbot work in Polish and English? +

Yes. We build Polish and English chatbots with tone adjusted to the brand.

Next step

Scope the widget to questions you already get

Send the questions customers already ask after hours. We will come back with a widget scope, the sources it may use, and an estimate.
