MKM Labs is an AI laboratory and software house for the new generation — we build AI agents, web and mobile apps, SaaS systems. We combine interdisciplinary experience with technologies that genuinely accelerate value delivery.
We are AI-native — every project starts with AI architecture. We work with tools like Claude Code, multi-agent systems and automated testing. This lets us deliver solutions that, in the traditional model, would require significantly larger teams and longer schedules.
You work directly with the people who design and build your product. A laboratory approach: we set a hypothesis, test, iterate and optimize — until we reach a measurable result.
Based in Szczecinek, delivering for clients across Poland and Europe. We work remotely, but close to the project — availability, transparency and regular communication are our standard.

The people behind MKM Labs
He started in construction, then developed his skills with the most modern design and implementation tools — graphics, websites, e-commerce. At Tvilum he managed a team, production and projects. At Jonex he rolled out an ERP system and was responsible for sales, production and full analytics and reporting. At as-Schwabe he learned trade from the business development and partner management side.
He knows every area of a company's operations inside out — and has always improved everything he could. Today, thanks to AI, he has improved his own workflow to a level that lets him deliver solutions at a pace unavailable to traditional teams. He translates that knowledge and mindset into the systems he builds for clients.
A mechanical engineer with 12 years of international experience in industrial and energy projects, and a certified PRINCE2® Foundation project manager. A long-standing consultant delivering projects in various organizations, working across many project environments, ERP systems and digital engineering and manufacturing tools.
Focused on connecting engineering processes with automation and AI-based solutions. In this approach, the project model is not only a design tool but also a structured data environment that integrates information between project modules, successive stages and databases.
