Local website and portfolio
B2 Platform - local company website and investment dashboard is an MKM Labs case study from 2024 for NDA / real estate. The project covers local website and portfolio in real estate and investments. A platform for a local market - a corporate website with SEO optimization, an investment portfolio, a dark-mode dashboard with AI analytics and automated reports.
Success story
We delivered a hybrid: a public corporate landing page with dedicated local SEO, plus a private dark-mode dashboard for the owner and team. The dashboard pulls data from public registers (KRS, CEIDG), aggregates financials of portfolio companies and generates monthly reports with the help of AI.
Business problem
An investor operating on a local market needed both a public website that would rank on local keywords and a private panel to track the investment portfolio. Until then they had relied on a static WordPress site and private Google Sheets with no analytics.
