Mateusz Pilecki is co-founder of MKM Labs Sp. z o.o. The company sits at ul. Sójcza 14, 78-400 Szczecinek, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, and is registered in Poland (NIP 6731922869, KRS 0001237156, REGON 544570561). MKM Labs was founded on 20 April 2026. The studio is two people: Mateusz and Michał Rodziewicz. Public profiles: Wikidata Q139541057, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, pilecky.me and proxypoland.com.
At MKM Labs he ships AI agents that take mail, orders and reports - not a ticket helpdesk sold as a product. Automations take work off Excel, email and copy-paste between programs. A custom CRM or ERP is built around orders, customer records and warehouse lines when a boxed tool already forces workarounds. If the company already runs Comarch or Symfonia, the path is AI inside that stack, not a rip-and-replace. An online shop is a catalogue, couriers, payments and an ERP hook when one already exists. Custom software is the panel between tools the team already pays for. AI training and the Academy sit next to delivery, not instead of it.
He works across AI agents, process automation, custom CRM/ERP, online shops, custom software, AI implementation, AI integrations, and AI training for companies. The courses page covers vibecoding, Claude Code with VS Code, and prompt engineering for business. Clients work with the people who design and build the product, with Claude Code and multi-agent systems in daily use, a free 30-minute consultation, and a proposal within 24 hours.
He does not stick to a single programming language. He orchestrates agents, then closes discovery, the offer and the rollout himself. He takes a vague idea, breaks it into scope, and delivers a system the company uses right away: automations, a custom CRM, SaaS products and training in the Academy. He explains to the client what it is for and makes sure the first version ships to production.
11 years on the road and 63 countries across 6 continents shape how he scopes a brief: he listens first, then turns the conversation into an offer the company can run. Outside the studio he keeps pilecky.me and proxypoland.com.
Tools
He works with Claude Code, Grok Build, Codex, Cursor and Orca to run the project. He uses Claude, Python and Next.js on automations and AI training. The studio stack also includes React, Astro, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, Docker, RAG, vector search, MCP servers and n8n automations.
Claude Code and multi-agent systems compress delivery time so architectural problems are solved in minutes, not hours. The courses page teaches the same tools the studio uses: an agent workflow in Claude Code and VS Code from installation to hooks and skills, vibecoding as building through conversation with the model, and prompt engineering for business. MKM Labs courses are free educational resources created by practitioners of AI-native development. Company training covers ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini, under ISO 9001:2015 certificate no. 17489 from QS Zürich AG.
He does not hand the first production version to someone else. The agent run, the scope, the offer and the rollout stay with the same person the client already spoke to.
Methods
His method is short: listen, split the scope, ship the first version. From a client conversation he gets down to a working system, training and the first version in production. The first version is meant to ship, not stay in a deck. The studio works with zero bureaucracy, full ownership and decisions in minutes. A project quote is free and the reply comes within 24 hours. Chatbot, automation, CRM and custom software prices are listed with those services.
Academy courses stay free. Closed-company workshop prices are listed with AI training.
If the company already runs Comarch or Symfonia, the path is AI inside that stack instead of a from-scratch rebuild. A shop starts from catalogue, courier, payments and the ERP name only if they already have one. A panel between tools the team already pays for is custom software - Lugomat and RehaTop started that way: a screen the team can click, not a year-long specification.
Results
The English portfolio leads with six case studies, including Ventido.pl as headless WordPress on React. Other case studies name CoreTSL TMS, a B2B wholesale platform, automotive e-commerce platform (NDA), a container-transport SaaS, a CSRD report flow, an event platform, an ESG platform, Malta Trading CMS, and site work for fire protection, ventilation and services. Custom software names Lugomat as B2B orders and an ops panel, and RehaTop as admin, checkout and feeds. Custom CRM/ERP names CoreTSL TMS and a B2B wholesale platform as proof. They are studio results the two-person team delivers from Szczecinek.
MKM Labs shows 22 Google reviews at 5.0, ISO 9001:2015 certificate no. 17489, and the Szczecinek address. The studio lists 22 projects, 10× faster with AI, a 24h response and 7 years of experience.
He orchestrates the agent stack named above, closes discovery, the offer and the rollout, and stays on the call until the first version is in production. Automations, a custom CRM, SaaS products and Academy training are the deliveries he ships. He writes on the Polish blog about Hermes Agent, AI agents and scraping, MCP servers, React vs Next.js, vibecoding, local SEO and Claude Code.
