After the pandemic, conference organizers needed a hybrid tool — a single system for registration, ticket sales, streaming and attendee interaction. Using Zoom plus Eventbrite plus Google Forms meant three databases, three panels and no unified analytics.
Solution
We delivered a platform in which the organizer configures the event, sells tickets (with VAT invoices), streams sessions (WebRTC with an HLS fallback) and moderates Q&A in real time over WebSocket — all from one panel. Real-time analytics show viewer count, average watch time and engagement per session.
